ATM at this location I'd garbage. Went to get cash and was told transaction count be completed at this time. With my key bank card. My friend used his Wells Fargo debit card a had no problem. Maybe because they got an ATM fee off him. Had to go down street to first bank and had no problems getting cash. They should pay for my AtTM fee, because of the inconvenience. Have been with Key for 10 years. Would not recommend this bank to anyone. If anything tell them not to waste there time or money
Tami Curci is the reason I wanted to do this review. I feel like the level of professionalism and comfortability with Tami is always exactly where it should be and I appreciate that so much! KeyBank is Garbage. Placing 7 day holds on Cashier checks is so sophomoric. Say they couldn’t verify it but, I was able to. People who work at these banks act as if they own it. They love control and power over people. I know for a fact the hold’s can be lifted if the manager chooses to. That isn’t right. Especially with a cashiers check. I feel taken advantage of. There’s just no feasible explanation. If I deposit bad checks I get it. I don’t though. Save yourself the headache dealing with these clowns.
