Froze my accout and canceled my card with no authorization with the only solution being to wait for a new card
My husband and I went in and received help from Sandra Amadi to open a business account she is the best banker she made it for us when we thought it was going to be a little difficult.
Very friendly but way understaffed. Always long waits for service.
I don’t understand why it takes 15 minutes to go through the drive through. After sending my card and ID through to them I waited unacknowledged for 5 minutes. I press the call button and they went, “We’re busy inside. What do you need?” Rude rude rude. It gets worse every time I go.
