The bank employees are knowledgable and helpful. Yes, sometimes you have to wait. News alert---They are helping others, not playing games on their computers. Yes, life is tough for me. I have to mostly wait in lines at banks, grocery stores, drug stores, the airport, "rush hour" traffic, Mariner, Seahawk and Kraken games, and most make me go through a security check!!! It just pisses me off, but am glad at this bank the line isnt too long and they don't make me go through a security check.

I'm a senior citizen, branch staff are very patient and cordial. When I can't go in, they answer the phone promptly and always willing to assist.

The people in this bank are constantly changing. When you call they never seem to answer the phone. They have voice mail but that is only after you go through a big long message with unusable information for most. If you choose this bank, be prepared to visit it for anything you need done. It is impossible to have any ongoing relationship with a personal banker because the staff is always changing.

This is the worst bank branch ever. I wasted 40 minutes at this Mercer Island bank and my initial request didn't even get resolve. I came in from home on my way to work, since it was the most convenient branch with parking and on my route. They asked questions as if I was not their bank's customer even though I had an account or funds.
