My parents just had an incredibly awful experience at this bank (Tuesday, June 10th) with who we believe is the lead bank teller. She was condescending, belittled my parents, and refused to provide services to them because of whatever reason she made up. When I called them and got connected to her, she would not answer my questions and would not provide her name. The branch manager was condescending and rude instead of trying to help with my account problem. If there's nothing you can do for me, apologize and say you can't help. There's no need to be snide and belittle people.
Today was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve had walking in a bank . I was subcontracted by a company doing some minor accounting work , My employer asked me to pick up some deposit slips from M&T however Mistakenly I heard key Bank .
