1 star. My experience with the Fairfield Key Bank branch was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I visited the branch expecting basic professionalism and support, yet the service I received fell far below acceptable standards. The associate, Julio, was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed little interest in addressing my concerns. Very friendly branch!! Each of the three people greeted me. The one teller line was very slow, but otherwise great.

My parents just had an incredibly awful experience at this bank (Tuesday, June 10th) with who we believe is the lead bank teller. She was condescending, belittled my parents, and refused to provide services to them because of whatever reason she made up. When I called them and got connected to her, she would not answer my questions and would not provide her name.
