This local branch is awful, no one ever knows what they are doing and they are the rudest staff I have even encountered. They didn’t know how to set up an account I needed and talked down to me when I kept showing them the form and what I needed to open. I ended going to a different bank that knew exactly how to do, what I needed. I’ll NEVER go to this bank again. The one bank teller never looks up and looks inconvenienced when a customer comes in. Rudest, uneducated about accounts, bank I have ever been to.
I have been a Key Bank customer (Marcellus, NY location) for almost four years and it has always been a pleasure to stop in the branch for my banking needs. The bank is squeaky clean and the staff has never failed to be welcoming and warm. The monetary advise they have given me has been most valuable and much appreciated.....and a special "thank you" to Jessica. She is a wonderful asset to Key Bank!
Amanda is not personable AT ALL ! Completely passive aggressive and when confronted she says that she has no problem at all. Amanda should not be the branch manager, she needs better personal skills interacting with the public - switching my banks because of her. Been with y’all since 2014 and she completely ruined it for me !!!!
The teller was so rude to the guy in line ahead of me. I feel so bad. The employee was completely out of line. I don't ever want to go back there. I left because I didn't want to be treated the same way. The employees at this location need sensitivity training.
It's always a problem at this branch. Always making mistakes. Always so unprofessional. I'll never go back: I switched to online banking. Put these people out a job! Stop using brick & mortar banks.
