Don't put your customers on a 6 hour hold then disconnect their call
Key Bank’s disregard for their customers is disgusting. Their customer service is slow in every branch. They have slow transactions. They are always short staffed and some tellers are on their phones and act put out when a customer approaches the counter. The minute I can get my money out of Key Bank without penalty I’m gone!
Incompetent, out of touch with modern day banking, non existent customer service and absolutely horrendous business banking products!!! Unfortunately there is not an option to give ZERO stars!
I've been using different banks in different continents and Key Bank is the worst. It has given me surprises after surprises of how poor and unreliable its service is. I can't wait to switch.
