Went there today after hitting a lot of walls with credit unions. The lady was great. Friendly and willing to help. After a few minutes she had everything going and I had an account. Can’t wait to switch everything over to Keybank. Thank you so much for everything you did for this girl.
Went to Key Bank, Johnson City, NY today with my mother. My father is in rehab and both are needing care and assistance. My parents share a joint account. I’m looking to have my name included to help my parents with their finances. Just a few weeks later we went and did same thing at another financial institution with no problem. Today, though, branch manager, Danielle Bulger would not accept the ID that my 83-year old, non/driving mother has. She pretty much said my dad has to come down in person. Not going to happen.
