Poor Customer Service Experience Pizzuli & Lori I have several personal and business accounts with this branch, but after my most recent experience, I will be closing them all. I will be most likely looking to bank elsewhere based on the way i was treated by lori i believe her name is was rude and made a simple change of address a 2 minute situation turned to a appropriate 20 minute situation.
