Do not do business with key bank, Try to avoid them in every way possible if you can. They are the worst bank you will ever deal with and you will regret it I guarantee it. There fraud division is a fraud they have screwed me out of over $15000 they do not care one bit they are not willing to work with me or anything. Great staff that really care about people. Everyone is smiling and happy to help every time I come in.
This bank is horrible. I have a settlement in this bank and once I turned 21 they were suppose to release the funds I sent in a court order stating that and all they tell me is they sent it to legal aid and I never hear back from them it takes a couple of weeks. It's been 4 months that I've turned 21 and they refuse to give me my funds when I've sent in everything they've asked for. The lawyer who put the settlement in this bank used made a bad choice.
