TERRIBLE customer service. No one ever has answers and they never have the same protocols for when the phones are answered, EVERYTIME I call I get something new even as to what info they need, etc.

Terribly customer service, they lied and said my deposit would be available immediately. However that was a lie. 5 days later. Rude staff, not helpful, and terrible at their jobs. Update, the branch manager, hung up the phone mid phone call because I mentioned that I want to open a case regarding what happened with my check. I will be closing my key bank account.
This review goes out to Parvez on the Keybank team! Every time I come to the local branch I always go to Parvez because he is THE BEST BANKER/ TELLER EVER! He works extremely fast and always gets what I need done and plus extra!! He is incredible! he take care of 3 different people while still handling and answering my questions. 5 stars hands down! Thank you Parvez for the excellent service! I think I’ll make sure to only go to this branch!
