Terribly customer service, they lied and said my deposit would be available immediately. However that was a lie. 5 days later. Rude staff, not helpful, and terrible at their jobs. Update, the branch manager, hung up the phone mid phone call because I mentioned that I want to open a case regarding what happened with my check. I will be closing my key bank account.
This review goes out to Parvez on the Keybank team! Every time I come to the local branch I always go to Parvez because he is THE BEST BANKER/ TELLER EVER! He works extremely fast and always gets what I need done and plus extra!! He is incredible! he take care of 3 different people while still handling and answering my questions. 5 stars hands down! Thank you Parvez for the excellent service! I think I’ll make sure to only go to this branch!

i had bad experiance with Sandra Silskovic i went to open business account and when i told her most of my transactions are cash she said she is not happy to help me open an account and she was very rude, if you are going to this bank avoid dealing with her at all cost she was racist and she judged me on how i look and she said she is Uncomfortable had to go to another branch to open my account, she wasted my time , we don't need people like that with what going on in this world
