Not sure what the bad reviews are about here but the people in this branch have been nothing less than awesome in my almost 2 years with them. My only complaint is that this branch is being closed. What are you doing Keybank?? I live in the Riverview area and Dearborn is just too far to drive for daily banking. Sad. I will be closing my accounts and finding another bank.

Kim and Dennis are the best. I appreciate everything they have done for me. Especially Kim. She has been absolutely wonderful and made sure I was taken care of. I will still be leaving key bank after the horrendous mess the washtenaw branch caused. KeyBank is horrible, but Kim and Dennis almost make it worth staying. They went above and beyond. Thank you guys so much. ❤️
