Never had a problem and people are friendly
Horrible customer service. I've been sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes waiting to talk to a person in Member Services - while the one and only person is sitting in his office chit chatting with a customer about things not related to banking. I had to drive over an hour to come in person because I am locked out of my account due to it being flagged for fraud. I'm NOT happy.
Absolute scam bank. They will keep your money and not explain why.
DO NOT - DO NOT - DO NOT! TRUST THIS BANK! Corporate Scammers. I have never experienced such troubling activity with any institution. Protect yourself & your money! 100% GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
