No stars would be best ! Tried to a home loan through this bank Worst customer service of my life ! Banking errors caused loan to be denied Delayed communication until the last possible second causing closing to be delayed ! Nick the loan person was not very personable or professional ! I will be closing all my account with this bank moving forward You just lost a long time customer

Never had a problem and people are friendly
Horrible customer service. I've been sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes waiting to talk to a person in Member Services - while the one and only person is sitting in his office chit chatting with a customer about things not related to banking. I had to drive over an hour to come in person because I am locked out of my account due to it being flagged for fraud. I'm NOT happy.
Absolute scam bank. They will keep your money and not explain why.
