Great bank overall
This location is one of the worst. The ATM here is constantly malfunctioning. Doesn’t work, no money, eats cards. One time it ate part of my deposit, brought the receipt to this location summer of 2024, constantly reached out to get my money back. Received nothing to this day…… so basically Key just tossed that money in their pocket. I’ve also been waiting for a phone call for back from this location for over 3 weeks, have called multiple times and no one has ever attempted to reach out. No stars would be best ! Tried to a home loan through this bank Worst customer service of my life ! Banking errors caused loan to be denied Delayed communication until the last possible second causing closing to be delayed ! Nick the loan person was not very personable or professional ! I will be closing all my account with this bank moving forward You just lost a long time customer
