Due to my work schedule, I can’t visit this branch during normal hours. I rely on an ATM for cash deposits and this bank is ALWAYS having issues with its ATM. Out of order, can’t do cash deposits, etc. it’s 2024 guys, get with the program.
My wife and I attempted to close our key bank account due to moving and needed a different bank closer to our residence. We were told we couldn't close it because there was a pending refund on the account. They told us we could zero the balance and come back in once the refund comes through. We were told there could not be any fees, nor the type of our account we had could ever go into the negative. So we proceeded forward. After the pending refund we noticed they charged us a -$20 fee.
