I always receive a friendly smile and the tellers know my name.
This bank has been truly wonderful to my family over the years. They always greeted my mom and late father by name and were consistently kind, patient, and welcoming. It meant more than I can express and really made us feel valued. When we needed help handling my father’s accounts after his passing, the staff was incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable, and supportive. Worst bank ever. Don’t trust these people
Key Bank in East Longmeadow is literally the BEST! Every single time I go in there, every customer service rep is so friendly and every one that is not with a client, greets me and wishes me luck and tells me to have a good day as I walk out. They are so friendly and super helpful!
