Michael went out of his way ...altho problems with back end office....much calmer friendly atmosphere than bofa....can not recommend bofa at this time.

Helpful backend support, but poor experience at the branch As a Canadian-owned U.S. company without an ITIN, I couldn’t use online banking. I wired funds to KeyBank, and phone banking confirmed the funds had arrived. But when I went to the branch to initiate a wire, the manager simply said no and told me I had to wait another day — without offering any options or assistance.
