Helpful backend support, but poor experience at the branch As a Canadian-owned U.S. company without an ITIN, I couldn’t use online banking. I wired funds to KeyBank, and phone banking confirmed the funds had arrived. But when I went to the branch to initiate a wire, the manager simply said no and told me I had to wait another day — without offering any options or assistance. Key bank is unmatched in customer service and convenience. Their fraud prevention service is amazing and efficient. They will block large abnormal transactions with an automated message that asks you to verify the transaction with a Y or a N. Upon verification by texting back Y, the transaction is immediately processed with no further delay. The App is also five star rated.
