Drive thru is hard to turn into.
Great experience! Michael was utmost professional and went out of his way to stay late on a Saturday, working right up to bank closing time to help me. I'm currently based in Canada, and he was able to open a bank account for me to help my needs in the US. Michael also introduced me to one of their products that has saved me from unnecessary charges I used to pay with a different US bank. Thank you Michael!
I had no idea how complex of a service I needed from Key Bank this afternoon, so I came in ten minutes before they closed thinking it would be quick. However what i needed required at least 20 minutes from the branch manager. I dont remember her name, but she assisted me with professionalism even though im sure it kept her late. I appreciate KEY Bank as they have been very helpful with other banking needs as well. Thank you!!
Michael went out of his way ...altho problems with back end office....much calmer friendly atmosphere than bofa....can not recommend bofa at this time.
Awesome bank for your Banking needs. People there are very friendly and treat you like a family. Great mortgage rates offered and I was happy with my debt consolidation loan. Manager and her staff are very helpful. Im telling all my friends to bank with Key
