My patronage of this bank arose out of necessity. I was to have an extended stay in WNY earlier this year and needed a bank's services both there and here in suburban Philadelphia. KeyBank fit my needs. The staff treat you like family. Their service is impeccable. I will be moving more of my financial needs to their care in the near future.

I opened a small Buiness account at this branch. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. In the age of banks becoming huge and impersonal - key bank has somehow avoided the trap of making you feel like an inconvenience to them. Definitely would recommend this location!
