We had a payroll check deposited and job verified. Bank held check for 2 months under investigation.🤬
As I am currently sitting in front of the ATM, on hold with customer service. The ATM ATE my large cash deposit. Now I have to wait 10 days minimum (possibly 45 days!!!!) for this to all be resolved and hopefully get my money back. Ugh.
Horrible bank, they allowed a fraudulent account to be made in my name on 3/27/23 It got a fake irs refund 4/19/23 I called and had it closed 5/22/23 6/05/23 the other guy accessed the account took the money out after it was closed then he closed it on the 6th
Great bank a great environment and Tasha is excellent. Very knowledgeable, she assisted me with understanding more about keybank and products offered.
The Teller at this Keybank was Absolutely pleasant. There were about to close soon so I was rushing she said take your time . Which made me feel good I didn't lose anything by rushing . 5s
