Love the employees and Sevice is exceptional!
Greg Ditlinger has gone above and beyond to assist me and my family through our financial journey. Anytime I call or have questions, he takes the time to sit with us and work through anything. He always treats us like we are his only client! Tellers are amazing as well. Feels like a little family! Very grateful for what they do for us.
People in the branch are so nice and helpful. But the bank itself is operating a bit weird to me. I opened a checking account 8ish months ago that my weekly paychecks were being deposited into. The past 1 month or so I haven't been getting my paychecks deposited into my keybank account and my checking account balance is zero dollar now. They wanted to interview me regarding my plans with the account and told me that the account will close if I refuse to have the interview. The people that work in the noblesville branch are nice. I would give them 5 stars. The customer service line is terrible and I would give 1 star. It is hard to find someone who speaks English and then when you do they don't even want to listen to you.
