Jason Pfeiffer, Branch Manager helped me tremendously with a complex banking situation I had. Jason was very professional & informative, took plenty of time to explained all the paperwork to me, made phone calls and resolved my issue while I was at the branch. I would highly recommend Jason & Key if you're looking for a bank that can help you with personal or business banking needs.
It was nice and friendly
Not a good place to bank if you write a lot of checks. They'll rape your recipients on check cashing.
Have been there a few times but not my normal bank.
