Do not come here biggest scam of a bank. Spoke with Carlos was told there would be no fee on my account just for them to start charging fees. Than the branch manager is super unprofessional, I don’t even recommend going with Key Bank.
Came to this Key branch to open an account and the banker that assisted us Ms. Migdalia Pellot was super nice and professional! She made the process super smooth. Very friendly! High recommend!
what bank is only open until 4? this branch has gone DOWNHILL. this branch has always been incompetent but within the past few years it has really fallen apart. & if you go above their head to corporate, corporate is no better! with so many choices of banks out there, idk why anyone would bank with keybank at all. i took all my money out and went to a different bank. SMDH
