RecommendedAwesome customer service.. Definitely recommend key bank.. thank you..
KeyBank has completely failed me as a customer and then expects people to pay a 25 dollar account closure fee per account when legitimately the reason you wanna close your account is there awful service. I had hoped to resolve my issues with key bank in a matter of a mutual split but since I am expected to pay out my pocket for the bad service I received I hope to warn people before they effectively waste money with this bank.
There was a time key was my greatest ally. They were a smaller community bank. They made decisions based on people, not policy. I am sad to have my relationship with them possibly end but it is time to explore better options. KeyBank could have been great. The corporate change of direction has negated the ability for the "good banker" to do his or her job, something I feared when I joined thier bank when they were much smaller.
