terrible experience!! who ever Chloe is needs talked to about her people skills. she made my husband and I feel extremely uncomfortable to the point that we were bothering her and a complete inconvenience to her day. would never recommend. we went over to PNC and had ZERO problems at all!!
I have had personal as well as business accounts here for many years. They have been friendly, honest and helpful. They got me through a hard time and found the solution i needed. I have had bad experiences at 2 other local banks and one of them even called me to try to get my accts back. I told them sorry, but I'm staying with Key Bank.

I really love the staff and being greeted by my first name. I walked in and opened an account right after I got discharged and with a feeding tube. I will never forget the empathy and compassion. Through the years they have worked and been fair to me. My only complaint would be the Mac machine in town. I wish we could make deposits in other locations especially when the Mac machine is down which seems to be often. The fees that attach due to not being able to make deposits is unfair.
