Shout out to Anastasia Steele, her customer service is next level, It's a mainline bank so you'll have the same issues you'd have with the same tier bank, but if you go into a branch and build a relationship with the people they will have your back when things get rough, Again thank you Anastasia!
I tried calling the phone number on the main Key Bank website to ask about setting up a business checking account. None of the numbered menu options seemed relevant. After three minutes of trying different things, I gave up. It seems like they really don't want you to talk to a person.
