Don’t do mobile deposits with this company. Even with payroll checks they bend you and your family over and put on a 5 day hold. Extremely unsatisfied with this banking company.
This bank is definitely a 5. I will always stay with KeyBank. During the pandemic, this bank was exceptional. They helped me through the bank windows with paper work that I needed that was of great importance. They also are very friendly and super nice. They have helped me and other people as well with learning about finances. This bank is awesome and the associates are the best. You got to open your account here. Used to bank here before they switched over. ATM fees are way too high. I don't have any experience with the staff, but I hope they have a better attitude than the ones on High Street in Pottstown.

Awkward experience. I came in and wasn’t greeted, even though I was the only customer. I went up to the counter and the lady there didn’t look at me, just kept counting coins and bills. Nobody said much and I said hello first. It was super odd and I would expect better service from a business like this.
