Worst bank I have ever been to in my LIFE and I have been with many different banks! I have had payments on other vehicles in the past and no matter what bank I am with have always been able to skip a payment for the holidays. (Which why wouldn't I be able to it only makes me pay more in the long run anyways so why not let me?) They do offer this just not for me.. which is of no help to me, even though I was told it was possible 3 times before speaking with a manager who was supposed to set it up and instead told me no. Terrible customer service, and bank manager is just plain rude. Don't use this bank for anything. They will take advantage of you and won't do anything to help you if there is a problem.
