I deposited my payroll paycheck on Thursday. Some how this bank put my paycheck on hold, to verify the funds or that the check is real? So now all my bills were due Friday (rent included) I postponed them until saturday and now my paycheck is still unavailable. I called the Canfield branch and the lady told me that the Boardman branch specifically put it on hold. So now my account is negative 99 dollars when I have a 1,300 payroll check pending. Crystal is horrible to deal with, asked for a call back from her boss and still have not received one. Key take two three time longer than other banks to process and release funds. Please for your own sake deal with a different bank.
This Keybank has unethical practices and locks customers funds and doesn't give any updates to when funds will be released. I have filed a complaint with this Bank with Ohio Treasury Department and the BBB. I will also be filing a grievance against the Branch Manager Crystal Lottier.
