Opened up a key bank account online four days later still having problems with the account call customer service constantly on hold and waiting debit card never shipped out told I didn't order debit card however I have the email stating I did and it would be shipped out fed up with the poor customer service so I went back to key bank and closed my account got charged $25 because T KeyBank stinks What an unbelievable shakedown for fail at a at a service that they cant provide
