I just got discriminated in key Bank on summer street in Stamford Ct. I when there to open a checking account and they basically told they can’t open an account at there branch because some how they predicted that I’m not going to keep to account active.
keyBank is the worst choice of my family. Nothing good has happened with this bank in 4 years. It only brings nerves and problems!!!!! When you put a check in before 7 p.m. and hope that the system shows that the funds will be available the next day, at 7 a.m., and this bank always does whatever it wants, it transfers this check, then they have problems, and today was the last straw. The staff is very welcoming and support community activities
While the teller was really nice. The bank manager was rude.
The banks promotions are rather vague small print likely to result on you not getting the promotion cash on a technicality. Service,and relationship continuity rather poor. Mgrs move around surprisingly often. Very poor customer service and responsiveness.
