The staff is very welcoming and support community activities
While the teller was really nice. The bank manager was rude.
The banks promotions are rather vague small print likely to result on you not getting the promotion cash on a technicality. Service,and relationship continuity rather poor. Mgrs move around surprisingly often. Very poor customer service and responsiveness.
If you ever need to purchase a home, never use this bank. They will delay. Furthermore, they are Extremely difficult to get a hold of. You will need to call 5 times before they will call you back.
