Usually a not busy branch, easy to get quick service during their open hours. Drive up or walk in service available. 24 hour ATM is well lit and offers 50s, 20s, & 5s instead of just 20s so super convenient.

One star is far too generous of a rating. I was sent by my boss to make change for our register and inquire about opening a business account for our store. I walked up to one of the tellers, and she cut off my greeting with a very exasperated "Oh, I'm NOT dealing with you." Some other folks behind the counter just laughed. How am I supposed to react to that? Still, I tried to explain that I needed change and that my manager wanted to open a business account, and that I'd like to pick up any necessary paperwork for it. My parents introduced me to this bank because they have had an account with Key since the First Niagara era. However, I must express my disappointment with their service. The bank has a high turnover rate for employees, except for Helena, who behaves as if she owns the bank. Unfortunately, she lacks proper customer service skills and consistently gives a hard time to individuals of Latino and Brown backgrounds.
