They are very unprofessional. I'm missing money and they are not doing anything about it. I call customer service and they side with the bank branch. It's like how many people have they done this to This bank is very sketch

The way they treat you is so rude. I will never bank with them. Unfortunately, a check was given to me twice for this bank and both of my experiences have been horrible. Juan the teller behavior and attitude was so disrespectful.
Don't bank here they are extremely racist even if you have a bank account with them. Very discriminatory. Smh it's really sad to see.
