I tried to open one checking account in the branch but they incorrectly pulled the chexsystem for 4 times without my authorization. The banker needs better training for the overall process. The manager is also arrogant and asked personal information not related to opening account.
Never choose Key Bank. I opened account with promotional code but did not receive bonus.
The staff here at Sammamish branch are clueless about their own bank policies and need better training. I wanted to open an account but was asked to get it done at a different branch as they were not clear on the policy. Another branch was able to open it for me, no questions asked.
