I wanted to take the time to thank Karina for her determination to fix a problem we recently had on some paper work that was in error from the bank. Suiting on Key Bank appreciation week. My faith wavered a little but she worked hard to get it fixed. It is the local people that work for there clients that make the difference in customer service in spite of the big branch atitude. Key bank may be so, so but there local people are excellent. Thanks Karina, God bless
