This is the worst bank and they will do anything to take your money! There fees are ridiculous and when u call for help the basically say that’s the way it is! If I deposit a check they want to keep it on hold for up to a week like why? This is my bank the check clearly in my name… and they will explain none of this to you when you open the bank account or even when your going to deposit the check they just wait for you to wonder where you cash is!! Would never recommend this bank to anyone!!!
RecommendedSuper friendly and helpful employees. Jessica Herrera went above and beyond what anyone would expect with an excellent attitude and made me feel totally welcome. A sweet little teller brought me water when I ask about a water fountain. I didn’t catch her name and I should have. This is what “customer service” was and still is at Key Bank. they are thieves and very treat me in a very RASISM manner. they are constantly messing with my funds very dishonest management and hold on to your money when they are wrong!!! f$$$ that! give me my money. worst bank ever. omg. police had to called because they stole m u money...
