You’d think after you carry an account with the same bank for 10 YEARS that your money and investments can be trusted with that business. WRONG!! KeyBank’s ATM in Essex Junction stole our $600 cash that was deposited. The atm froze while depositing and then spit out two receipts with no deposit amount on them. We immediately went into the bank to rectify the ATM error, and the bank manager refused to refund our money immediately. Whenever I go inside, I rarely have to wait. Everyone is friendly, professional, efficient. I love my local branch! Tellers at drive-thru are always speedy; I like that the drive-thru including ATM is well covered - handy for shade and protected in winter.
Possibly short staffed. Longest wait times for no apparent reason.
