Terrible terrible terrible. My account was compromised on June 1st, I was never notified via mail, email, phone, app, etc. no notifications then on August 1st my card was deactivated. I was told I would have to pay $25 to overnight it. The manager waived the feee since I was flipping out about my ACCOUNT BEING COMPROMISED FOR TWO MONTHS without notification. KeyBank’s ATM in Essex Junction stole our $600 cash that was deposited. The atm froze while depositing and then spit out two receipts with no deposit amount on them. We immediately went into the bank to rectify the ATM error, and the bank manager refused to refund our money immediately. This business cannot be trusted!!! We had $600 cash and trusted that we could deposit it safely into KeyBank and have it immediately available to us for bills, but that has proven to be very untrue!
