KeyBank’s ATM in Essex Junction stole our $600 cash that was deposited. The atm froze while depositing and then spit out two receipts with no deposit amount on them. We immediately went into the bank to rectify the ATM error, and the bank manager refused to refund our money immediately. This business cannot be trusted!!! We had $600 cash and trusted that we could deposit it safely into KeyBank and have it immediately available to us for bills, but that has proven to be very untrue!
