This branch has had its ups and downs over the years, but current 2024 management has this location running ship-shape. The employees are friendly in a genuine way as well as knowledgeable and helpful. I get the sense that they’ve actually received quality training. I’ve had questions but have never felt the urge to ask, “Can I speak to your manager?” If an employee doesn’t know the answer, they take the initiative. This is by far the very best key bank location. I run my business through here, my personal account and I'm so happy with the service I've had all my employees open up bank accounts here.
All other key bank tellers are super nice, and know what to do except for this branch. They ask you for something that no other banks ask and the answer you get is oh well all banks are different. And takes forever to count a very small amount of cash. Worst experience. Will never come back to this branch.
