I never once told her that my card was lost, on the contrary, I told her I had been using my phone and only needed a replacement. Upon leaving, I went to the store where I was unable to use my phone. If this were an isolated incident I would probably let it go but it is not. Each time I come to this branch and I'm helped by Eden Morse, I leave feeling dehumanized. She has not only done this to me but also my daughter. She has her favorites and we did not make the cut.
