The only bank in Seattle that’ll perform a cash advance for a Discover checking account. I needed cashier’s checks for new apartment deposits, and this is the only bank that could conduct a Discover checking cash advance and turn that into cashier’s checks. I did have to open a new account but it’s no biggie, because they’re running a promo ($500 bonus if you enroll in direct deposit).
