Keybank is the worst bank in the world for both Business and personal banking. i experienced more fraud that should have been prevented, they have let people double and triple cash mobile checks and today i moved some money out to a higher interest money market account at another bank and still left a substantial amount in keybank and they called me and because i wouldn't put it back they are making me get a new debit card. Just the WORST!!!

The only bank in Seattle that’ll perform a cash advance for a Discover checking account. I needed cashier’s checks for new apartment deposits, and this is the only bank that could conduct a Discover checking cash advance and turn that into cashier’s checks. I did have to open a new account but it’s no biggie, because they’re running a promo ($500 bonus if you enroll in direct deposit). I needed to overnight the checks to New York, and Key Bank angel Pyn covered the postage and escorted me to the FedEx annex down the street. ... read more
