The people inside the bank get five stars. The two stars is about the ATM machine. I used it. The other day told me that my pin was wrong. Gave my card back when I got home it had taken the $60 that I wanted out but never gave me the money, so I had to wait 5 to 7 days to get my money back when it was their machine that four out of five times I’ve gone to use that machine. It’s been broken.
The manager, Andy Ortiz, from the Key Bank Ballston Branch, has been extremely helpful in navigating the process of obtaining business bank and credit card accounts for several of my businesses. It has been pleasure to work with him throughout the entire process.
