I have always experienced friendly and professional service
I've been coming to this branch for years now, and depending on who's at the drive-thru window, if you're any race but white, and you pull up to the window first , while a white person pulls up to the other lane second, you will ALWAYS get your money last. This has happened to me EVERY SINGLE time when it's certain bank tellers. It's just something to think about... I recommend going down the street to the shoemaker rd branch near Walmart, where that's never been an issue. I hope things change at this branch.
I am impressed with their customer service. They genuinely care about you and for a bank that's rare. Glad I switched here.

This branch is deplorable. No one does their job without following up on anything. 8 months of trying to get them to fix something. Their toll free customer service was trying to help but fell off the face of the planet. WORST BANK EVER!
