Today I went tony local key bank branch. I don’t have an acct there and I wanted to cash out an$80.00 check . The girl said she couldn’t see me very well in the camera and wanted me to go in and fill out some paperwork to prove who I am. I have cashed checks there before. I had even closed out a retirement check there and they have paperwork there already. I feel very discriminated against. If she couldn’t see me very well then the cameras need to be replaced
New account with KeyBank! Made a Mobil deposit on 7/3 and I'm being told I have a hold on my funds until 7/15?!? What kind of customer service is that? I actually NEED that money to pay bills. What kind of business hijacks people's money like that????
