Always flawless service when dealing with our family at Key Bank. Been with them since before it was Savings Bank Of Manchester, a long, LONG time ago!
A small bank, very friendly. It cost 7 dollars to cash a check if you don't have an account with them.
Very passive customer service. Only willing to do the bare minimum to help its customers.

The worst bank ever. They do not know what they are doing. They never get their job done in a first visit. Prepare yourself for at least a few follow ups. Erin makes you sit and wait for hours. They even accept appointments when they have nobody to provide the service
