Extremely more accomodating than any of the other banks around Tolland/Willington/Storrs when it comes to basic cash, coin, and check services for non-account holders.
Always flawless service when dealing with our family at Key Bank. Been with them since before it was Savings Bank Of Manchester, a long, LONG time ago!
A small bank, very friendly. It cost 7 dollars to cash a check if you don't have an account with them.
Very passive customer service. Only willing to do the bare minimum to help its customers.
