I am not one to usually vent - but I’m so disappointed right now. After being with Bank of America for 15 years, my husband and I left last month because we wanted to support a local bank. So we joined up with KeyBank. I had a fairly large cash deposit this afternoon, I nearly $1000. After inserting the money, the screen notified me it couldn’t except deposits at this time.
