Very nice staff that are friendly and helpful. Roxanne and Alicia are wonderful to work with. Our banking experience has been excellent with staff going above and beyond. Highly recommend!
If I ever have a problem, and I have, it has been my fault. I went bank "shopping" for a month in my city to find a bank that would do a special international wire transfer every month. It goes to a war-torn place that no other bank will do. They help every time I need them. My finances are a struggle every month and the wire fee kind of hurts each time, but that is part of what I have to do to support family in Palestine. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Truly the worst banking experience I’ve ever had to deal with. Am switching banks as soon as possible. Employees are incompetent and make mistakes causing their customers to have to pay outrageous fees to cover the mistakes that THEY made themselves. They have one job, and they just can’t do it???? If you value your sanity, money, time, and peace, 0/10 would recommend banking here. Horrid, horrid, horrid bank
