Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Don’t return phone messages. When I was dealing with closing my late husband’s accounts they made it as difficult as possible. Apparently there was a credit card debt they did not tell me about but immediately turned over to a collection agency. They never mentioned there was anything owed. If I could have given them a negative star I would have.

So we went to the ATM to withdraw money. Upon attempting to withdraw the ATM shut down and swallowed our debit card and did not dispense the cash. However, our bank account with Chase was debited the money and a foreign ATM fee charged. No we are without money and debit card to go fto another bank.
