This is a HORRIBLE bank location ATM never working and workers are racist
I banked with key bank for many years until I came into this bank last January and dealt with an employee who discriminated against me. I reported the complaint to key bank, they never reached back out to. I had audio recording of her making remarks against my race. She accused me of fraud when I went for help because my account had been comprised. The automatic system flagged the fraud from another party. Bank anywhere but Key.

I'm in the process of buying a home, and i called and asked if they'd be able to email me the last 30 days of activity to email and submit to my lender. The customer service rep said yes and that there are just a couple processing fees. I said that's fine and she proceeded to process my request. After a few minutes, she said that everything went through and that my statements would be sent to my address. I said that I needed them emailed to me, not sent to my address. She said ... read more
