This bank is the worst I deposit money and it clearly show I have money then they charge you a overdraft then when I call and they can not explain it right and I get upset the worthless Joel hangs up on you why to do your job trash should have switched when first Niagara sold out
This bank is extremely dishonest. They will charge you $2.50 to withdraw money from other "Regional" Key Bank ATMs. They will also charge you $3.00 a month for paper billing even if you turn it off. Credit unions are far more honest. Stay away! I actually contacted the BBB regarding false charges from this bank. P.S. despite the owners response below, if you opened your key account at a different location, they WILL charge you $2.50 every time you use a "non regional" Key bank ATM.
