Ajay Murthy was very rude and nasty due to him I will be taking my funds out this bank .I never been spoke to of look down on into now .
I really enjoy doing business at this KeyBank. The tellers are really respectful and friendly. The only reason why I gave this 5 stars is because of the hours. People usually get off from work at 4-5 pm and that is this branches closing time. And it is not even open on Saturdays. It makes it almost Impossible for me to continue doing business here because of their unreasonable hours ... Especially in comparison to the other banks such as Broadview.
The only issue I had today… Was the lack of respect form the teller. Projecting very loudly that my account was in the negative ! lol Like do you really believe that I was not aware?? I have been self-employed since 2019 I know professionalism and unprofessionalism.. Why do you think I came in? I’m sure this is not the first time with this particular teller with her facetious remarks Not nice.
Always a positive banking experience
ATM is always broken, ate my card. Hours are worse than other branches
