The only issue I had today… Was the lack of respect form the teller. Projecting very loudly that my account was in the negative ! lol Like do you really believe that I was not aware?? I have been self-employed since 2019 I know professionalism and unprofessionalism.. Why do you think I came in? I’m sure this is not the first time with this particular teller with her facetious remarks Not nice.
Always a positive banking experience
ATM is always broken, ate my card. Hours are worse than other branches
Asked Shireen, woman in first cubicle, to help me with documents and she referred me to the 1-800 #. Not only could she not be bothered, she was just a nasty and rude person. (It's not my fault you hate your job.) Do your business somewhere else that actually wants and appreciates your business.
This 5 star is for the tellers and service reps at this branch. They are genuinely nice people and very competent at their jobs.
