Absolutely horrendous customer service. The branch manager never applied the promised promotional offer when opening my account and after continuing to collect fees every month, they now want to charge another fee to even close my account! What customer service manager argues and tries to blame customers for mistakes she and her team so clearly made?! Yikes! Customer beware! Do not open an account here!
