all the employees are friendly,helpful and eager to please. I always enjoy the interesting decorations displayed for the various holidays. This is a fun place to do business! The coffee is good too.
your tellers are unqualified,disrespecful in the sence of assisting customers in the simple act of check cashing. teller no.1 blond bimbo says i need 3pieces of id to cash a check teller stuck on herself (not very imppresive mary) tells me today its a my privalidge for me to have her cash my check how conseded can you get gal thats with affirmation from my legal advisors. I presented two pieces of identification and with legal affirmation. get off your high horse lady!!!
The Key Bank on BETHEL RD is awful!Everytime I get off 315 and stop into that bank without remembering how bad it is Im am disappointed yet again. I have yet to visit that bank without some hassle with my account, I then leave and stop at the bank on Franz Rd and I am completely satisfied. When you walk into the Key Bank on Cemetary Rd, or Franz Rd, you get a warm greeting, and a pleasant atmosphere!
i am trying to resolve this foregin charges each month they charge me between 25-65 dollars. i told them they said they will fix it & it never happen. its been 3 m onths now so finally i am changing bank to national city where they will print check free of charge & no monthly fees or any extras.
The worst bank on the planet. Cost me beaucoup \$\$ on one transaction because of their poor customer service. Treated our office personnel very poorly and didnt seem to care at all whether you were happy with their service or not. All charge fees out the wazoo. Do not go there.
I paid bills online! Those should have been the first transactions to go through! But instead, the very next day when I paid the bill they took that transaction as being first even though it was deposited manually. So when they finally put my bills through which should have been done first since it was done electronically and the day before they charged me 8 overdraft fees at 40 dollars each, and 10 dollars everyday that I remained over!
