Hate is a strong word, but that's exactly how I feel towards this particular branch. Very poor customer service. Absolute misunderstanding with bank accounts and funds, I've been a customer for a long time and this branch made me close three accounts for my business and at this point I'm shutting off my personal account as well. If you are with KeyBank I would highly recommend to use any other branch with friendlier and smarter people in it.
