I went to key Bank, opened a brand new checking account and I've had the best service
I have been with Key band foe several years with no problem util Dec. 28 i made a deposit into my checking and savings, When I got home I looked at the receipt and the checking deposit was right but the savings deposit was missing.. I went to the bank first thing Monday and told them of the problem , i was told that the drawer didnt balance at closing on friday and they would get back to me .. That friday i hadent herd from them so I returned to Key and they found1/2 .of my deposit and posted it to my account . I ask about t... read more
The best choice I have made this year was opening an account at key bank!! I look forward to seeing the staff there, and they greet me like we’re family. Everybody that works there makes you feel welcome!! Sarah, Dani, and Jesse are great and fast when it comes to any I need.
After countless frustrating experiences at other banks, my visit here was a breath of fresh air. The staff was welcoming, and branch manager Jason's attentiveness made all the difference. It's refreshing to find a bank that truly values its customers.
